It happens early on in life, we decide on what we have to do in order to be loved nurtured and feel safe. The rules by which we survive become firmly imbedded, we don’t even know that they exist or what they are. We become excessive, our actions now ingrained, are growing beyond the capabilities. We are compelled to grunt and groan, sometimes with gritted teeth. Work longer, harder than is comfortable. The outcome is that the muscles tendons lines are etched into the face and body. Eventually the body tires and as flexibility and suppleness fades, we resemble the charactaure of our former selves, the pleasant is suddenly a grump.
With self-awareness we can turn this process around. All of us have 100% energetic vitality at our disposal, wasting that energy leave us with a shortage. Each day we can choose what is best for our physical, mental and spiritual well being. Check your mood, sullen sad or happy content, Check the face you are wearing; gloomy discontent or happy with optimism. Choose your outlook tense, stressed or calm and relaxed. Notice the face muscles, screwed up, frumpy if so let go of the thought that go with the expression. Same with muscles in the body. let go of the thought that life is hard and you are tired all the time. Replace these thoughts with positive new ones. All your wishes come easily and effortlessly. Letting go of old thought patterns takes honesty and practice. Soon others will notice the changes you make. If you weren’t attractive already, pretty soon you will become more attractive.
