For anyone, who maybe worried about the effects of Covid-19.  Prepare your body by the practice of breathing more fully.
An increase in lung capacity reduces the effects of congestion. Here is a simple exercise. Inhale fully through the nose into
the chest and shoulders and hold for 5 seconds,  without exhaling inhale more air sharply and hold for 20 seconds.
Exhale and repeat three times and do this set three times be day.  You will notice the difference.
Additionally, affirm and strengthen your vitality. Have life affirming thoughts. I now breathe fully and freely.
