Stress

Stress is the main trigger to most of our illnesses. Stress levels creep up without our noticing. By gradually taking on more and more activities we lose contact with ourselves. The importance is, knowing what to Prioritise In a state of stress our bodies will try to maintain a state of functional balance. It is inadvisable to make our bodies respond to emergency situations all the time. By maintaining our stressful lives we run the risk of serious illnesses. Be aware of Physical and Mental Stress

We can be too busy pushing ourselves to notice the things we are not dealing with. The most obvious sign of stress is the colour of your face. More importantly watch for signs of pain: headaches, shoulder, back & stomach pains, constipation, insomnia.
