Being aware, truly present, able to look at feelings and thoughts without switching off. This is a practice that heals pain and dissolves trauma. By staying conscious and applying positivity discomforts cease. Ever since we first drew breath, we began the story, patterns of ups and downs, rebirthing can change all that. Connectedness a feeling of Wholeness that is Sublime.
Part of the story is frustrated by repetitions of drama, been there before, life going in circles. The traumas that come into our lives interfere with our flow. Unconsciously we freeze, hold our breath, allow fear to influence our memories. In these moments we have the abilities to change the pattern, we can remind ourselves to reconnect to the breath, confront the fear and negative thought that is attached to the fear, replace that thought with a positive and put an end to it. Rebirthing skills make this possible.In other words
