How many of us work ourselves to a standstill. Quite common and ironically having reached a standstill there is still more required of us.

Maybe get a Ready Meal in front of a computer of TV. Eat on the…  train fall asleep .. pass your stop… forget a birthday…arrive late.

Without getting to medically technical the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) is continuously on and the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS)  is not able to turn it off. Because of this the body is in continuous stress or ‘Fight & Flight mode” and does not know how to stop.
